Insight Homes communities are pet-friendly but certain guidelines must be followed. Below is the pet policy outlined in tenant leases: 

I (We) understand that: 

a. Pet limit is negotiable. Monthly fee of $25 per pet. 

b. No breed or weight restrictions 

c. Carpets are required to be professionally shampooed at time of move out with proof of receipt. 

d. My pet(s) must reside in my townhome and may not run free throughout the community e. When out of my townhome, my pet(s) must be kept on a leash or in a cage f. I am responsible for cleaning up and disposing of my pet(s) waste and/or litter box. 

Violation of this will lead to a verbal warning after the first offense. If not corrected within 2 days, a violation fee will be charged in the amount of $75 

g. Should my pet(s) develop a disease that could harm people or other animals, I must find other accommodations for him/her/them 

h. Should my pet(s) acquire fleas, I will immediately inform SVN | Miller and be responsible for taking action to rid my pet of the fleas. If action has not taken place within 2 days, I must find other accommodations for him/her/them. 

i. Any damage done by my pet(s) will be charged to me. 

I am aware that my pet(s) residency is a privilege and may be revoked without notice if my pet(s) behavior cause any of the below but not limited to: 

a. Harm to myself or my well being 

b. Harm to staff, other residents, service providers, vendors, or visitors 

c. Damage to my property or possessions 

d. Damage to the property or possessions of others 

e. Damage to the buildings, grounds, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, or furnishings f. Noise or any type of commotion that is offensive to the rest of the community g. Odor that is offensive to the rest of the community 

h. Habitual violations we have the right to evoke
